Directions for Use
(No boil necessary)
For a more comfortable fit directions are as follows.
1 - Cut to size with scissors 2 - Place an 8 oz cup of water in the microwave for two minutes.
3 - Hold strap and ONLY dip mouth piece in the hot water for 10-15 seconds.
4 - Allow mouth gourd to cool for 2-3 seconds.
5 - Watching in mirror, line up mouthguard carefully with the centerline of upper teeth. Carefully place the mouthguard around all upper teeth. Bite down firmly on mouthguard and push tongue against the roof of your mouth. Suck in strongly, and use fingers to press mouthguard tight against gums.
6 - Rinse off in cold water.
